Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of excavating a large, vegetated open channel beginning on the south end near the creek, through the City-owned property at 3330 W. Division St. and along Division St. to Ohara Ave. The project also includes the installation of concrete box culverts under Division St. and Ohara Ave. along with inlets, stormwater pipe, replacement of pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, seeding, and other incidental work. The City is committed to providing opportunities to DBE, MBE, and WBE prime, general and subcontractors and encourages such business enterprises to submit responses. The cutoff date for questions and substitution requests is May 28, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. (CST). Each bidder shall examine all Invitation for Bid documents and shall judge all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents. Any inquiries or suggestions concerning the interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the Invitation for Bid shall be made in writing and submitted via email to the Buyer, Kilina Goldenberg (kilina.goldenberg@springfieldmo.gov)
