Galloway Street Widening from Luster to Lone Pine Ave Improvements Project consists of Placing Roundabouts at the intersections of Luster Ave and Galloway St along with Lone Pine Ave and Galloway St, Widening Gailoway between said roundabouts, installing new stormwater infrastructure including water quality basins, a multiuse 10 ft trail on the northside and a 5 ft sidewalk on the southside of Galloway St. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids.
