Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond $10,000.00 Performance Bond $10,000.00 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/31/2024 2:00 PM (PDT) Contact Info David Nguyen 714-412-8844 dnguyen@anaheim.net Facility Maintenance, Repair, Replacement and Immediate Response Services The City of Anaheim (City) invites licensed Contractor (Contractor or Contractors) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Master Construction Agreement for On-call, As-Needed, Facility Maintenance, Repair, Replacement and Immediate Response Services (Master Agreement) and requests to receive such SOQs via PlanetBids by the due date and time specified in this notice. The City is seeking highly qualified Contractor(s) that offer the technical expertise and depth to assist in the successful project delivery of these project(s). The City (hereinafter, the "City") invites bidders to submit an (Electronic) sealed Bid for the Work. Selected pre-qualified Master Contractors will work on an on-call retainer basis and provide a variety of construction-related services. The proposed work for this Master Agreement includes as-needed facility maintenance, repair, replacement, and immediate response services as outlined in the contract documents. If selected, the term of each Contractor's Master Agreement shall be for 2 years with an option to extend for two (2) additional 2 year terms. The Director of Public Works would be authorized to extend the Term of the Master Agreement for such time as is necessary for completion of outstanding Work Order Packages or Requests in progress. In no event, however, shall such extension exceed one (1) year. During the contracted time of the Master Agreement, each project work order size and scope will vary and each work order shall not exceed $1,000,000. Additionally, a contractor will be limited to three (3) work orders open at any given time under the Master Agreement (Attachment C).
