Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Air Scour Pipe Header Replacement as follows: Installation of approximately 1000 feet of 10" stainless steel pipe in the TRFP filter pipe gallery for future filter renovations in plants 1 and 2 to connect into. Substantial Completion: Liquidated damages $1000 per calendar day • Final Completion: Liquidated damages $1000 per calendar day No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 05/20/2024 The engineers estimate for this project is $474,300.00
