Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The Project comprises of a purpose-built supportive housing project containing 20 supportive housing units and 20 complex care housing units with space for additional supports as required by the Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions and Interior Health. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway, seeking a proponent to provide Architectural Services to advance the Project from concept initiation stage to completion/occupancy handover stage. The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the Contract) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the Supplier) to provide Prime Consultant-Architectural Services for Permanent Supportive and Complex Care Housing. Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 11 - Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA)to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. *The preliminary gross capital budget is estimated at $13,650,000 for this project. *Deadline for Questions: 24 May 2024 @ 2:00PM PST *Deadline to submit NDA: 16 May 2024 @ 2:00PM PST
