A summary of the services required is provided in Appendix B. The successful respondent to this Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) will become the principal provider responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and replacement of overhead bay doors, as well as the scheduled servicing and maintenance of main entrance and exit gates at the Victoria Transit Centre (VTC) and Langford Transit Centre (LTC). This includes potential replacement servicing for gates, encompassing assessing, coordinating, ordering, installation, and disposal or recycling of old gates, with replacements occurring only if required.
