The Project comprises of a purpose-built supportive housing project containing 20 supportive housing units and 20 complex care housing units with space for additional supports as required by the Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions and Interior Health. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals seeking a proponent to provide Architectural Services to advance the Project from concept initiation stage to completion/occupancy handover stage has closed an a preferred proponent has been chosen. The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the Contract) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the Supplier) to provide Prime Consultant-Architectural Services for Permanent Supportive and Complex Care Housing. Further update in late spring 2025. *Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 11 - Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA)to obtain information about site location. *The preliminary gross capital budget is estimated at $13,650,000 for this project.
