Austin & Son, Inc. in the amount of $848,000.00 Electrical Construction – Awarded to Church & Murdock Electric, Inc. in the amount of $797,909.00 Plumbing Construction – Awarded to Scobell Company, Inc. in the amount of $176,000.00 for overall total amount of $1,821,909* The Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority (Port Authority) requests bids for the Lampe Marina Dock & Infrastructure Replacement The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing 252 slip floating dock system and associated utility infrastructure at the Port Authoritys Lampe Marina located at the foot of Port Access Road, Erie, PA 16507. The work includes the receipt and complete installation of the owner furnished steel floating dock system material including the proposed gangway, structural frame, floatation system, decking, cleats, bumpers, and pile anchoring system. The project scope also includes all associated utility infrastructure to be furnished and installed by the Contractor including proposed water service and electric service to utility pedestals and fixtures. Sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
