Chestnut Hill Municipal Pools Rehabilitation Project entails the installation of a PVC membrane liner into the existing pools at the Chestnut Hill Pool location. This project is subject to coverage under the Davis- Bacon and related acts. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
