**As of June 5, 2024 project has been awarded to Spatco Energy Solutions amounting $237,949.11. ** This amendment will add the Pre-Offer Sign-In Sheet, PowerPoint Presentation, and extend the Closing Date. Contractor will provide Fuel Site Maintenance, Repair and Testing for the Metro Office of Fleet Management, as specified. Pricing shall include delivery to the Office of Fleet Management Light Vehicle Shop located at 1417 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville, TN 37219 or one of the Fuel sites listed below. Metro Nashville General Services Department's Office of Fleet Management (OFM) is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide inspection, testing, parts and maintenance services for OFM fuel sites and associated underground storage tanks (UST) with several locations throughout Davidson County. The successful contractor shall ensure sufficient parts are on hand for the maintenance of existing fuel dispensing and UST monitoring systems and the ability to acquire said replacement parts in a timely manner if not in stock. The winning contractor will provide services by request and /or on a scheduled basis that is coordinated by the contractor and Metro.
