Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 66,200-square-foot, two-story above grade laboratory facility.

Replace major mechanical equipment and controls for proper function and compliance. This includes electrical capacity, any required finish repair, etc. Associated with this work. The rusted conveyor system that carries ashes from the incinerator to the exterior for disposal will be replaced with a more efficient system. Replace flooring, ceiling and casework in the Necropsy spaces Question Deadline 06/03/2024 Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by Addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications. Questions must be received by Designer at least four calendar days before bid opening date
