Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Constant, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the city Levasseur park. The scope of work will include: - Repairs of the park structures; - Redevelopment of main entrance; - Space unification and creation of activity clasters. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring following the RFP 2024UAT01-AOP-SP. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early summer 2024. Schedules for further project development are being finalized. Note. Project implementation will be phased and extended over the years 2024-2027.
