Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Constant, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Vinet-Souligny elementary school building in the framework of the asset maintenance program. The scope of work includes upgrades, interior and exterior renovation and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment. It is expected that the project implementation will be phased. TIMELINE: The owner expects to complete the project by construction packages. Working drawings of the first construction package are underway. Tender for the contractor of the first construction package is anticipated in spring/early summer 2026. Notes: - The firm AtkinsRéalis was awarded to provide geo-technical and environmental engineering services during the project implementation following a contract agreement concluded under the number 441151/20119231. - The owner has previously completed upgrades to the school yard. The related project is followed in the report under CRM ID name Schoolyard Enhancement Work - École Vinet Souligny.
