Reference number: 20022334 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-10-21 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 48 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 72 The work requested in this call for tenders consists of emptying and transporting as well as treating and reclaiming the sludge from the septic systems of isolated residences in the territory to be served by the Roussillon RCM, i.e. the territories of the municipalities of Châteauguay, La Prairie, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Constant, Saint-Isidore, Saint-Mathieu and Saint-Philippe. The contract will be for an initial term of four (4) years, commencing on 1 March 2025 and ending on 28 February 2029. At the sole discretion of the MRC, the Contract may be terminated after the initial four (4) year period or extended on the same terms, conditions and price schedules for two (2) consecutive one (1) year extension options. If applicable, the extension will commence on 1st March 2029 and end on 28th February 2030. If the Contract is extended a second time, this second extension will begin on 1 March 2030 and end on 28 February 2031.
