Under penalty of having the Contract withdrawn, the CONTRACTOR must, within FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of the mailing of the Notice of Award, provide the PUBLIC BODY with a performance bond and a guarantee of the CONTRACTOR's obligations for pledges, materials and services, each of which must be in an amount equivalent to FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the contract amount, in the form of a bond issued in favour of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution of the present, which must comply with the provisions of the model performance bond and bond of obligations for pledges, materials and services reproduced respectively in Schedules 4. 01A and 4.01B respectively. Tenderers who wish to receive information or clarification regarding the call for tenders must do so in writing by contacting the following person, specifying the number and title of the call for tenders: The Contractor must start the work on the date ordered by the CSSDGS, i.e. at the end of June 2025, and must complete it by 15 August 2025.
