Site work for a water / sewer project in Thomasville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 3,150 linear feet of 6-inch diameter ductile iron waterline to replace existing 2-inch diameter galvanized waterline, the transfer of existing water services from existing 2-inch diameter galvanized waterlines to the new 6-inch diameter ductile iron waterlines, fire hydrants, water service connection, water meters, and all other associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders SRF No.: SRP-D-ARP-0335 Question Deadline 05/29/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
