Renovation of a mixed-use development in Thomasville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and medical facility.
**As of September 19,2024 project was awarded to MWM Construction but no amount was disclosed.** The project consists of the coordination and construction of the radiology room N226 (including N226A, N226B). The existing room N226 will include some demolition of flooring, casework, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Renovation includes the coordination and installation of two different x-ray machines in their own rooms, structural modifications to the existing bar joists, new walls and doors with lead lined protection, ceiling work, casework, flooring, and painting. PLEASE NOTE: All x-ray equipment will be purchased by the owner and installed by the vendor. Final electrical connections will be required by the electrical contractor. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 9-10-2024.
