Street resurfacing work consisting of: 5110 tons of NCDOT approved topping mix more or less, adjustment of 84 manholes, 79 valve boxes, 29,206 yds 2 of milling, 77,180 yds 2 of chip sealing, 12 stop bars, and 16,188 lf. Stripping. The City of Thomasville reserves the right to reject any bids, to waive informalities and to award a contract, which in the opinion of the city, appears to be in its best interest. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, and the outside of the envelope must be plainly marked, "BID ON PAVING OF VARIOUS STREET PROJECTS."
