Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Festus, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Missouri COA Number: 2007006032 Owner reserves the right to reject a proposed subcontractor for reasonable cause. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Renovations to the Festus Red Barn and surrounding exterior improvements, including new site elements and renovations in the Barn including architectural, structural, electric & plumbing items. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 02 4100. All bidders in response to this bid shall provide as a security a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. The contractor awarded the project shall furnish to the Owner a Performance guarantee in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum. Payment Bond - the Contractor shall furnish to the District a labor and materials payment bond acceptable in the amount equal to 100% of the total contract sum. F. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders . G. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided . H. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
