The work comprises of upgrades to the underground water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure located at the 5th Canadian Division Support Base (5CDSB)), Zone H along Federick Cres., Linden St., St. Jean Ave., Dogwood St., Dufferin Cres., and Champlain Ave. in Gagetown, Oromocto, NB. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 475 calendar days after notification of contract award and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
