The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Removals: .1 Existing toilet partitions. .2 Terrazzo, mortar bed and concrete floor as required to accommodate new work. .3 Existing toilet and bath accessories. .4 Existing suspended ceiling assembly. .5 Existing plumbing fixtures. .6 Existing light fixtures. New Work: provision of: .1 Toilet partitions. .2 Wall tile. .3 Painting. .4 Suspended ceiling assembly. .5 Toilet and bath accessories. .6 Plumbing fixtures and trim. .7 Modify existing electrical distribution to suit. .8 New light fixtures. .9 Modifications to fire alarm system. Demolition and renovation work as required. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
