Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The improvement consists of: Reroof construction and related work, installing new fall arrest protection systems, upgrading the HVAC system, installing new inside lighting, and installing new ACT ceiling at the City of Bellingham Waste Water Treatment Plant, 200 McKenzie Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225. Price Range: $1,300,000-$1,600,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
