The Town of Kinnickinnic reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town. The approximate road dimensions are 22 feet wide and 12,725 feet long. Total approximate area is 31,106 square yards. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
