Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elkton, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Elkton is seeking a qualified contractor to perform limited reconstruction of road pavement (milling, patching, and HMA overlay), curb and sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp installation, and related work for the following streets, as applicable: West High Street from Singerly Avenue to Bow Street, Church Street, St. Charles Street, Whitehall Road from Cowes Court to Highland Drive, and Belle Hill Road in-front of Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Elkton, MD. The contract is required to deliver all supervision, labor, material, equipment, and other necessary resources to successfully complete all work described in the Contract Documents to the Town s satisfaction. The contractor shall commence work within a mutually agreed upon timeframe from the Notice to Proceed. All work shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the commencement date.
