Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newburgh, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The project includes but is not limited to approximately 600 linear feet of 10" to 15" diameter storm pipe; approximately 22 precast structures consisting of inlets, junction boxes, manholes and headwalls; granular backfill for pipe installations; approximately 260 tons of HMA Surface, Type B; approximately 2,580 square yards of asphalt milling; sidewalk and curb ramp installations; curb and gutter installation; pavement restoration; driveway restorations; approximately 680 linear feet of CIPP lining for 8" sanitary sewer main and CCTV inspection; approximately 250 linear feet of 6" sanitary sewer lateral installation; existing structure removal and retirement; bypass pumping; erosion control; riprap installation; tree clearing and grubbing; final grading and seeding; traffic control; and all other work required for the complete installation. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 Community Crossings Matching Grant. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form.
