The intent of this solicitation is to seek a contractor to provide qualified personnel and resources necessary to ensure the utility systems servicing the Wadsworth Center Briggs Lab at the Empire State Plaza (hereinafter "Labs") and Cultural Education Center (hereinafter "CEC") are functioning allowing continued operations. To ensure utility systems are functioning properly, it is expected that the contractor will manage all resources (e.g., labor, procurement of materials, technical expertise, tools, etc.) required to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain and repair the utility systems. Both the Labs and CEC have extraordinary utility systems necessary to complete the critical roles they play.
