Other Details MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS TO BID. a) Contractor shall have a minimum of 10 years in business as a Certified Qualified Conveyance Contractor (CQCC) and be affiliated with the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IEUC Local 18). b) Contractor shall have a minimum of 15 full-time Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanics (CCCM) at the time of bid and provide a list of the CCCM's employed. c) Contractor shall have a dedicated 24/7 dispatch center available via phone and email. d) Contractor shall have an online customer portal where authorized District representatives can check the status of repair, ongoing maintenance, and other performance data. e) Contractor shall have a local office within the County of San Diego and no more than 30 miles from the San Diego Unified School District boundary
