Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Hampton Lift Station was constructed in 1961 and has not been substantially rehabilitated to date. This station has 2 pumps rated at 125 gallons per minute each. Due to its current condition, this lift station requires significant rehabilitation/replacement to continue operation. The existing lift station is located in the right-of-way in front of residential property. Potential relocation to a nearby school district is being explored. The project is included in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 23, 2024, Project funded for construction in FY2024-2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
