CHP Golden Gate Division Office - Window Replacement Services 23C301008 SCOPE OF WORK GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS A. Remove and dispose of fourteen (14) plexiglass windows on office building. Sizing to accommodate re-use of the existing building window openings. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify the number of windows being replaced and the sizing of each window. Approximate numbers and sizing windows are as follows: B. Provide and install fourteen (14) 7/16” thick, clear, annealed laminated safety glass windows: 1. Twelve (12) windows, approximately 65” high x 57” wide. i. Windows shall be flat and pitched at a 45-degree angle, with four (4) interior dividers to be modified to fit. 2. Two (2) windows, approximately 36” high x 36” wide. C. All new windows and framing are to be colored bronze. D. All work is to be perform according to current building code and industry standards. E. Maintain a safe working environment to prevent injuries to CHP personnel or damage to CHP property. F. The Contractor, at no expense to the State of California, will repair any damage caused by the Contractor or any of his/her workers. G. The Contractor must field verify all measurements encompassed in this project and is solely responsible for their accuracy. H. The Contractor will keep the work site clean and haul away any work site debris. I. Contractor shall warranty all parts and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Questions Due June 12, 2024 @ 9:00 a.m. Agreement Term The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from July 1, 2024, or Upon Approval, through December 31, 2024. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and possibly approval by Department of General Services (DGS)
