Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milpitas, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Project Includes the Installation of Approximately 6,000 Linear Feet of New Potable Water Pipelines, Trenching, Shoring, Microtunneling, Water Abandonment, Traffic Control, Sidewalk Restoration, Curb & Gutter Restoration, And Pavement Restoration on Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive in Milpitas, CA. Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City Council, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to City of Milpitas as bid security. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Engineer's Estimate for the project's base bid items is between $4,500,000 and $6,500,000.
