Site work for a pipeline in Nokomis, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.
The County will issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to select a contractor to provide materials and services for the construction of landfill gas (LFG) system expansion (Project). The Project will include installing below grade high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) LFG header and laterals with required appurtenances, installing below grade high-density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) air supply lines, dewatering discharge lines, airline isolation, and blow off valves. Tie-ins to existing LFG system, including laterals, header, leachate clean outs, installing pneumatic pumps in condensate sumps and selected vertical gas extraction wells, including fittings, valves, tubing, hoses, clamps, valve regulators, filters and related appurtenances. Sealing of leak detection and leachate collection manholes and connecting selected manholes to LFG system. Installing and/or repairing geomembrane liner systems, testing of installed/repaired geomembrane liner systems, installing below grade drainage layer for selected vertical well targets.
