INVITATION FOR SUB-BIDS FOR ALL TRADES. A2 Group, Inc. (A2) is the Construction Manager for CITY OF VENICE on the CITY OF VENICE NORTHEAST PARK PROJECT. A2 cordially invites interested and qualified subcontractors and vendors to complete and submit their electronic bid proposals no later than Friday, September 13, 2024 at 2:00PM (ET) to bids@a2group.com and ribasaj@a2group.com. Perspective bidders must register and can obtain the Bid Documents electronically at: https://www.isqft.com. Construction of new park located at 3560 Laureal Rd E, Nokomis, FL 34275. A2 Group the selected General Contractor by the City of Venice is formally inviting all interested subcontractors to bid on the Northeast Park project. Project components consist of the following(but not limited to): 8 New pickleball courts with associated lighting/fencing Prefabricated Restroom Dog Park Playground, Exercise Equipment, and associated site furnishings Shade Structures Landscaping Irrigation Earthwork Underground Utilities Storm Drainage Electrical Fencing Paving Concrete Sodding Deadline for questions will be by 5:00 PM (ET) on Friday, September 6, 2024. Bid Package will be received electronically by A2 Group, Inc. until Friday, September 13, 2024 at 2:00PM (ET) to Construction Manager, A.J. Ribas, at bids@a2group.com and ribasaj@a2group.com.
