The Hershel Woody Williams VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704 has a need to perform Condition Assessment Studies (Boiler Useful Life Studies) on Boilers #1, #2 and #3. QUESTIONS / Site Visit Request: All questions / Site Visit request shall be emailed to billie.pratt@va.gov no later than Monday May 13th, 2024, 10:00am Eastern Time (ET). Vendor will provide all parts, labor, equipment, and material for inspection, examination, condition evaluation and reporting of three (3) onsite boilers: Boiler #1, Manufacturer: Johnston, Date: 1989, Model: PFTA 509, Type Fire Tube -4 Pass, Size: 400HP, Normal OP: 90psi Boiler #2 Manufacturer: Kewanee, Date: 1998, Model: H35-350-G02-LE-200 Type: Fire Tube - 3Pass, Size: 350HP, Normal OP: 90psi Boiler #3 Manufacturer: Kewanee, Date: 1998, Model: H35-300-G02-LE-200 Type: Fire Tube -3 Pass, Size: 300HP, Normal OP: 90psi
