The scope of services will include assistance to Oakland University during the process of design, construction, and warranty period. The CM will evaluate, among other things, availability of materials and labor, project schedule, potential phasing and project costs as they relate to the established budget, and constructability, and will work closely with the Architect/Engineer and Oakland University throughout the design, bidding and construction phases. The CM shall competitively bid all prime and subcontracts and involve Oakland University in the procurement process. A GMP will be required in accordance with the contract.
