Reference Number 0000359852 Purchase Type Term: 10/01/2024 12:00 AM EDT - 09/30/2025 12:00 AM EDT Option: 4 - one year options The University and its Technological Services Department (UTS) seeks responses from qualified, experienced suppliers to provide cost effective, thorough, and technically sound preventative maintenance (PM) services for the University's Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Units as well as emergency service and typical replacement parts and services. To ensure a cohesive and comprehensive vendor warranty and maintenance plan, including all replacement parts and service. A single supplier will be selected for all services. The selected supplier will perform both Semi-Annual (Minor) and Annual (Major) inspections. The selected supplier will be required to have at least 10 years' experience with similar sized operations and experience with the specific UPS manufacturers - Eaton; Liebert; and Vertiv.
