Properly prepare surfaces to remain, install required reinforcement shown on drawings, and properly apply and cure repair materials to restore concrete to its original condition and appearance. Polyacrylate Injection Grouting Waterproofing: Conduct curtain wall injection grouting from interior side of tunnel walls and roof slab to seal against water intrusion to tunnel interior and establish waterproofing layers at tunnels' wall-to-roof transitions. Remove and clean concrete surfaces with mineral deposits (efflorescence and/or calthemite). Crystalline Waterproofing: Apply crystalline waterproofing to interior concrete wall and roof slab surfaces to seal against secondary water intrusion to tunnel interior and establish waterproofing layers at tunnel's wall-toroof transitions.
