Reference Number 0000366835 Delivery Point: Oakland University Purchase Type: Duration: 5 years Option: with two one year extensions The successful company will be awarded a five-year blanket purchase order effective upon award of the bid with the possibility of one two-year extension to furnish carpet tile, LVT, vinyl tile, rubber flooring, stair treads, sheet flooring and vinyl base as specified in the RFQ. Remove and dispose of existing flooring, cove base, floor prep as required and installation of product. Removal and installation shall not be performed by a sub-contracted labor force. Contractor must be able to install multiple large jobs simultaneously.
