Reference Number 0000372313 In 2000 Meadow Brook Hall has expanded the visitor experience of its annual Holiday Walk through the incorporation of a major illumination display on the grounds, including buildings, gardens, woodlands and courtyards. The first phase in achieving this initiative was the creation of a Meadow Brook Hall Holiday Light Show Master Plan. The Hall is now in its 5th year of the second phase implementation. Oakland University/Meadow Brook Hall seeks the services of an experienced firm that will provide installation services for the various components of the master plan including the lighting of trees of various sizes, light wrapping for fabricated elements, and the physical installation of various feature components such as topiary forms, pole trees and hanging elements. Note: OU/MBH will be responsible for the purchasing of all show components including the various types of lighting products, electrical accessories, fabricated elements and storage materials OU/MBH will store all products/materials onsite.
