The Calf Barn at the Van Hoosen Museum City hosts large groups at a variety of events including weddings and receptions, memorial services, community service groups, Museum lectures, graduation parties and more. The City of Rochester Hills is seeking proposals that provide a solution to the Calf Barn visual experience and help identify a solution to our problem and provide costs and proposed equipment to solve our problem. 1. Display System: o The proposed solution must provide optimal viewing for audiences of up to 150 people in the Calf Barn venue. o The display system must provide clear and vivid image quality with sufficient brightness and contrast for the venue's ambient lighting conditions. o Proposers should provide options for screen size and placement to ensure adequate visibility from all seating areas within the venue. o Consider factors such as viewing angles, image uniformity, and potential obstructions when proposing screen solutions. 2. Screen Technology: o Proposers may offer solutions using LED screens, projection systems, or other display technologies that meet the specified viewing requirements. o If proposing LED screens, provide specifications on pixel pitch, resolution, brightness, and color accuracy. 3. Output Plates: o Proposers should identity if the existing output plate for recording purposes must be relocated to accommodate the new display system configuration and if so, include the relocation of the output plate in their proposals and specify the new location based on the optimal placement of the display system. 4. Work Plan: o Proposals should include a detailed work plan outlining the project timeline, key milestones, and installation schedule o Proposers must specify the estimated timeframe for project completion from the date of bid award. 5. Warranty: o Proposals must include a comprehensive warranty for all equipment and installation services.
