Qualification of Contractors. Qualification is required in order to bid for projects under this Annual Contract. Question Deadline 06/13/2024 SCOPE OF WORK: This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to replace thirteen (13) Roof Top Package Units per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division in this Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment "C" and all exhibits and addenda thereto. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - HVAC, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference. Contractor shall be required to subcontract with a licensed Building Automation System (BAS) Contractor (Wisch & Jackson) to ensure complete integration and full functionality of the new roof top units to the existing BAS. Replace and reconnect all space temperature sensors, but re-use all other building automation controls if they are in good working condition. Contractor shall provide testing and verification of reconnected BAS, and verify sequence of operations with Facilities Maintenance Department (FMD) present. Include BAS connections and reprogramming in your final bid price.
