The Litchfield County Center for Housing Opportunity (LCCHO) is seeking proposals through this Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced contractors that can provide the following services that will result in the construction of up to 9 three-bedroom single family homes: Site preparation through finish grading and building foundation; Building design, fabrication, and delivery (if modular) or design-build home construction (if stick built); and All finish site and building work including Certificate of Occupancy (CO). Deadline for submitting RFP questions: noon; 7/29/2024 Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Lindsay Larson, LCCHO Project Manager before 12:00 PM (noon) on July 29, 2024 at lindsayl@thehousingcollective.org. Substantial completion by: 10/15/2026 LCCHO reserves the right to rescind or cancel this Request for Proposals for any reason. It may also reject any or all proposals received.
