Site work for a civil project in Barrackville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 1,750 LF of 6" and 8" sanitary sewer lines, 530 LF of 18" and 30" storm sewer lines, one (1) pump station improvements, two (2) CSO flow meters, and all other necessary appurtenance and site reclamation. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Phase IV - Sanitary Sewer Upgrades and Manhole Rehabilitation Project Question Deadline 06/05/2024 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially completed within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day. Contractor is required to provide the Drug Free Workplace Certification in accordance with WV Code 21-1D-5. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 30-42-12 of the West Virginia Code. The Barrackville Sanitary Sewer Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
