**Per Bid Clarifications 1 the bid date has been extended from 06/05/24 to 06/12/24** The project is an approximately 8,500 square foot, eight classroom, one-story Phase 2 addition to Town Creek Elementary School in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The Phase 2 addition includes classrooms and restrooms. The Phase 2 addition will directly abut the Phase 1 addition which will be occupied in August of 2024. The building will be constructed of light gauge metal framing and masonry exterior walls on poured concrete slab and footings with light gauge metal joist/truss roof. The envelope will include insulated low slope single ply membrane roofing, brick veneer to match existing buildings, and thermally broken aluminum storefront and insulated glazing This current bid is for the remaining packages.
