Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Pleasanton, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

The City of Pleasanton (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms (Developer) interested in partnering with the City or an entity created to act on its behalf to develop an affordable housing development estimated at 200 units using Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and/or other tax exempt bond financing.
