The City of Pleasanton (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms (Developer) interested in partnering with the City or an entity created to act on its behalf to develop an affordable housing development estimated at 200 units using Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and/or other tax exempt bond financing. The City may develop other affordable housing developments and at its sole option may use the selected developer. As of May 8, 2026, the project is on indefinite hold due to funding. A timeline to select a developer has not been established.
