Install goals. Apply topsoil and seed. Once seed is established, stripefieldsasrequired.Install 415 LF of gravel path. Question Deadline 06/03/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the ''Questions'' feature within online no later than. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance & payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. A maintenance bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. Bids may be held by Jefferson Township for a period not to exceed five (5) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Jefferson Township will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within online no later than Monday, June 3, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
