Cope Road Bridge Guide Rail Installation Jefferson Township. the Scope of This Contract Involves the Installation of Guide Rails on Both Sides of the Road Leading Up to and Leaving the Bridge. Bid Bond or Check for 10% of Base Bid Payable to the Owner. Project Awardee is Required to Obtain a Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price, and a Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Price. Bidders Are Required to Conform to All Provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, and the Requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunities Act. Bidders Should, to the Greatest Extent Feasible, Utilize Minority, and Women Business Enterprises (Mbe/wbe) in Its Practice. This Contract Shall Be Subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (43 P.s. 165-1 Et Seq.; 34 Pa. Code 9.101 Et Seq) or Federal Davis-bacon and Related Acts (40 U.s.c.a.) May Be Applicable to This Project. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Once Filed With the Township. Jefferson Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informality or Irregularities in the Bids Received.
