Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project Duration The contract term shall be for one hundred and eighty (180) working days from the date of execution of the Agreement. The City is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide design-build services for the construction of two (2) new offices within an existing modular building. The new offices will occupy what is currently a lobby at the entrance of the building. Contractor performing electrical work shall have a Class "C-10" contractor's license from the California State License Board. Contractor performing HVAC work shall have a Class "C-20" contractor's license from the California State License Board. Prime Proposer's portion of the total project (including design and build) shall account for no less than 50% of the entirety of the project less any designated subcontracted specialty items. Any proposal showing less than 50% assigned to the prime shall immediately be deemed non-responsive. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00%
