The Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (Tribe) is seeking proposals for exterior remodel work on 27 individual homes (Red Cliff) Reservation in Bayfield County, WI. Project Description Red Cliff is seeking to contract with a General Contractor ("Contractor") to construct modifications on multiple homes. See attachments for the modifications needed at each site. The construction of this facility is being funded with federal funding through the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. All provisions and requirements of the funding sources shall apply, including prevailing wages for all workers. Please see 'Notice of Tribal and Federal Compliance Requirements' attached to this RFP for more details. Contractors will be able to conduct an onsite visit prior to placing bid. Scope of Work Deck Construction a) Contractor to follow Chapters SPS 320-325 of the Wisconsin UDC code The Tribe reserves the right to select the proposal(s) deemed to best meet the requirement, which may not necessarily be the lowest cost proposal(s) and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time during the evaluation process.
