Brief Description: Construction of a 16.4-acre commercial vehicle parking area that will add approximately 276 truck parking spaces. Work includes grading, lime treated subgrade, flexible base, curb & gutter, concrete pavement, storm RCP, water line, detention pond, chain link fence, gated exit & entry, lighting, and pavement markings. Eligible bidders must submit a Statement of Qualifications that includes the information requested in Item 2L of the Proposal. The Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goal that eligible bidders are expected to meet is 3%.
